Serious traffic accident near the municipality of Hořesedly. Policemen on their way to work came to help.

The police immediately pulled over at the roadside and used a first aid kit they carried in their private vehicle for cases like this. Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered that a seriously injured female driver was trapped inside the car. The situation was further complicated by smoke and small flames visible from the engine compartment.

The officers quickly divided their tasks:

1. The policewoman assisted a doctor who happened to be passing by, helping to treat the injured driver. She provided medical supplies from her kit and offered psychological support.
2. The policeman, together with a municipal police officer and other personnel, repeatedly extinguished the fire in the engine compartment using fire extinguishers.

The policewoman established the injured woman’s identity while the doctor monitored her condition. The gathered information was passed on to colleagues from the local district department, who then arrived at the scene. Meanwhile, the policeman managed traffic on the road and provided initial details to the fire and medical units that arrived along with the district officers.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts of everyone involved, the injured woman was successfully extricated from the damaged vehicle. Once conscious, she was transported to a medical facility. After handing over the necessary information to the emergency response teams, the officers from Vysočany continued their journey to Prague.
